Tomorrow evening I’m going to watch a BJJ class with the intention of starting next week. This all came about as I was thinking of activities for my oldest son, who will be four in December. I’d researched it a little, and through some previous experience with Judo (personally and professionally) I’d come to the conclusion that MA for kids (if properly taught) can bring a whole host of positives.
